Orders shipped via Canada Post and FEDEX will generate a tracking number that you will receive by email as soon as your order is picked up by either carrier. (Please note that any orders placed on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), order will be picked up on the next working day).

 

When we use the delivery service of “Expédibus” or “Courrier Central”, the courriers number is linked to the waybill. Although this number is not communicated to you, we keep all the information to follow up directly with the company if necessary.

 

ZONE also offers a personalized delivery service for the greater Montreal area, as well as a professional service provided by one of our partners for the regions of Ottawa, Québec and Toronto.


You will be contacted by the delivery person 30 minutes before arrival (within the time range you have previously chosen).
