In order for the delivery to go smoothly, we ask our customers to ensure that the delivery person has secure access to the premises. Here are some pointers to consider.
1 - Please ensure that the delivery box will easily go through your door frames, stairwells and corridors. Our deliverers cannot modify the door frames, door trim, moldings and fixtures to allow the passage of your delivery. If the item does not fit in the passage, shipping costs will not be refunded.
2 - Make sure you have enough space to receive your order in the room of your choice.
3 - Delivery personnel cannot remove their safety boots. Please provide protection for your floors.
4 - Our deliverers will not pick up or throw away old furniture or other debris.
5 - A ZONE assembly service is available. You must ensure the service is ordered at the same time or prior to the delivery request. Please contact customer service for all subsequent inquiries. Our deliverers cannot receive payments and will not be able to sell this service to you.
6 - You must be present during the entire scheduled time of reception of your delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, an additional $40 shipping charge will be applied for your order to be delivered again.
