If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, please return the unused item to us within 20 days of the date of purchase. Please have your receipt and the original packaging of the item in your possession.
You can return any item, other than:
- Items with reductions of -40% off or more are considered Final Sale.
- Items purchased in “As Is” condition.
- “Special Orders” of items not available in stock or in stores.
Refunds are provided in consideration of the original method of payment. In the event the return criteria is not met, ZONE reserves the right to refuse a refund (or an exchange) or to only offer a in the store credit. A valid government-issued, photo ID may be required.
