Yes, we do offer in-store pickup service.
You can order and pay for the articles online. Once prepared and ready for pick-up, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, your order is then available for free in-store pickup. You will have the choice to pick up your order in one of our seven stores as well as one of our partner stores VdeV in Toronto (120 Ossington Ave, Toronto, ON M6J 2Z5) and Magasin Général (2475 Rue de l'Église, Val-David, QC J0T 2N0).
Once you arrive at the store, present your order number in a printed or digital copy of your In-Store Order Pick-Up email and a government-issued photo ID, to a Zone team member.
